4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gvt99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. gvt99 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

The following conditions govern all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

gvt99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice if any of the following circumstances arise:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 6.
• The account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure, in which case gvt99 will process the closure within a reasonable period and return any verified withdrawable balance in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures.
• We are required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority, or by operation of applicable law.
